Don’t worry, if you want to return the purchased product, you can do so by simply bearing in mind the following:
For a refund, the product must meet the following requisites:
· It must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, and insofar as is possible with the same packaging and labelling.
· A copy of your receipt should be included in the package, where you should indicate the items being returned and the reason for the return.
The deadline for any return is ten (10) working days from receipt of the order.
If the reason for the refund is attributable to Anna & Robert (defective or erroneous product), the transportation and delivery costs will be covered by Anna & Robert, otherwise, you will need to pay for the delivery costs.
If the return is attributable to Anna & Robert, you can request a return and refund with collection from your address. You should contact our Customer Service department from the Contact section or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package.
If the reason for the requested refund is not attributable to Anna & Robert, you should send the items to the following address:

Note: Anna & Robert will not accept cash on delivery returns.
Once the refund has been approved you will receive the funds in the same way you originally made the purchase.
After approving the refund (the items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels) you will receive a confirmation email.
By contacting our Customer Service department from the Contact section or by sending an email to email@example.com, we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Currently at Anna & Robert we do not exchange products. If you want a product in a different colour or different model, you must return the original article and place a new order.
