In what condition must the product be?
For a refund, the product must meet the following requisites:
· It must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, and insofar as is possible with the same packaging and labelling.
· A copy of your receipt should be included in the package, where you should indicate the items being returned and the reason for the return.
What is the timeframe for returning a product
The deadline for any return is ten (10) working days from receipt of the order.
Do I have to pay anything for my refund?
If the reason for the refund is attributable to Anna & Robert (defective or erroneous product), the transportation and delivery costs will be covered by Anna & Robert, otherwise, you will need to pay for the delivery costs.
What should I do to return an item?
If the return is attributable to Anna & Robert, you can request a return and refund with collection from your address. You should contact our Customer Service department from the Contact section or by sending an email to shoponline@annarobert.es. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package.
If the reason for the requested refund is not attributable to Anna & Robert, you should send the items to the following address:

Note: Anna & Robert will not accept cash on delivery returns.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the refund has been approved you will receive the funds in the same way you originally made the purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
After approving the refund (the items must be in perfect condition and have the interior labels) you will receive a confirmation email.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
By contacting our Customer Service department from the Contact section or by sending an email to ashoponline@annarobert.es, we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
What should I do if I want to change a product?
Currently at Anna & Robert we do not exchange products. If you want a product in a different colour or different model, you must return the original article and place a new order.
